I like to laugh. So do kids. And you probably do, too. It’s been a while since I laughed as hard at a children’s book as I did when I first encountered Mo Willems’ persistent pigeon in DON’T LET THE PIGEON DRIVE THE BUS! Focused, conniving and unrelenting, he has only one thing on his mind and won’t stop until he reaches his dream. And reading a how-to book can’t possibly hurt.
